THE WORKSHOPS are formulated to the need of the community, organisation or club or business.

It is to equip yourself or refresh your own business knowledge… or just simply motivate and equip your management and front line staff. Target Solutions offers workshops for business owners, management, sales teams and /or front line staff. The aim of the workshops is to supply teaching in the fundamental principles of marketing and effective grooming of your business, its marketing efforts and front line staff, or… just refresh your own business knowledge. The workshops are presented with enthusiasm, professional information and real examples in the business world. The outcome promise to leave you refreshed, inspired, motivated, with professional knowledge, new innovative ideas, and between 60 and 80% of the teaching already implemented.

Currently I have workshops every Thursday in Knysna on the following subjects:
A - Define your Character and so build Brand Equity: Character determines the personality, standards, look and feel of your business that in return builds your brand equity. Think for a moment Coke-Cola… Character/Brand Equity is the foundation on your business.
B - Positioning your business and create Visibility: Positioning is not only where your business is situated. Visibility is imperative. If people pass you several times with an ice-cream on a hot day, the probability is high that you will buy an ice-cream by the end of the day.
C - Your Communication Mix aimed at your Market Segmentation: Advertising is not the only method to communicate your product or service offering. The importance of a consistent communication message throughout your Communication Mix and most importantly ensure that it is target-specific. So how do you strategise having bull’s eye in your marketing efforts through understanding market segmentation.
D - Who is your Brand and how important is the Service Level: Do you understand who and what represent your brand and how they influence your Brand Equity? Easy and cost effective steps to improve your service level and so increase your income. Would the band names Debonair's or Kalula be as popular if the service level was unsatisfactory? Service, Service and again service…
E - How to complement your PSO through Innovation: Do you know and understand what your Product and Service Offering (PSO) are? Do your now which PSO is making the most money and where they are in their product lifecycle? How can you expand that Money Cow in your business? Participate in a brainstorming session that will blow your mind!!
